How do I sign up for your newsletter?
You can sign up at the bottom of all pages of Center’s website! Scroll all the way down and enter your information.

How do I order wholesale books and/or zines by Marlee Grace for my store?
Please email us for wholesale information for Marlee’s books and zines. Our email can be found on the CONTACT page of Center’s website.

What shipping option should I choose?
We offer a few different options for shipping. If you are ordering books and zines ONLY, you can choose Media Mail - this is the cheapest shipping option for books and zines. However, if you have added non-media options to your order (think tinctures, ceramics) this is NOT the option for you! Please choose Standard Shipping or Priority for these items. If you choose the incorrect shipping option, you may be asked to pay an extra shipping cost before we ship your order.

What is your refund/exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If you order an article of clothing and would like to exchange it for a different size, we are happy to exchange unworn clothing as long as it is returned to us in the same (new and unworn!) condition in which it was sent. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping. Please email us directly with your order number if you need to exchange clothing for a different size. Our email address can be found on the CONTACT page of Center’s website. No other returns or exchanges are accepted at this time.

Why haven’t I received any tracking information?
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as a shipping label is created for your order. We ship at least once a week, usually more, so you should receive tracking information within a week of ordering, if not sooner. If you have ordered something that is on backorder or presale, this may take a couple of weeks.

What if I want to pick up my order instead of having it shipped to me?
Email us! Our email can be found on the CONTACT page of Center’s website. We can set something aside for you and you can come pick it up and pay for it in person. We will hold your order for one week.

My package was lost or damaged in the mail, what do I do?
We are not responsible for refunding or replacing orders that are lost or damaged during shipping. To keep shipping costs down we offer media mail as a shipping option for books and zines - this shipping option will not insure your package! If you want your package to be insured, please choose priority shipping. It costs a little more, but insures your package in case something happens to it on its way to you. You are responsible for filing a claim with the postal service if your package is lost or damaged.
